The "Jo and his Champions" Suite program is hosting children in need at each Canadiens’ home game at the Bell Centre. To submit a request on behalf of a non-profit organization, please fill out this application form.

NOTES 

  • The Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation will contact you within 30 days following receipt of your application form to notify you regarding the non- profit organization eligibility to the program and the availability.
  • Non-profit organization who have not benefited from one of the Foundation Suite programs will have priority over those who have attended a game as part of these programs.
