Since its inception in August 2000, the Foundation has donated close to $25 million to 700 charitable endeavors from across the province of Quebec who helps underprivileged children. Each year, our donation committee reviews all applications received to select projects that meet the objectives of the Foundation’s mission.
Please include three measurable indicators that will determine if the project met its desired result. Please indicate how you will measure your project's impact, and what you are basing your project's results on. Please be precise.

Confirmed receipt of your request
Before you submit your request, we recommend that you print a copy for your records. When you are ready to submit your form, click on the Submit your request icon. We will email you during the processing phase of your request to keep you up-to-date.
IMPORTANT
