Form — Laval Rocket 50/50 Group Registration

The Montreal Canadiens Children's Foundation is continuously looking for volunteer groups to sell 50/50 raffle tickets during Laval Rocket games at Place Bell.

While the winner takes home half of the jackpot, the other half is reinvested into the community to provide equal opportunities for youth from underprivileged backgrounds to get active. Thanks to your support, hundreds more children will be able to play and have fun by participating in our Bleu Blanc Bouge programs throughout the year.

If you want to make a difference in your community, please complete the form below to submit your group's application. To thank you for your involvement, a portion of the funds raised through in-person sales inside Place Bell will be donated to your organization. Please note that priority will be given to registered charities that support youth (ages 0 to 17).

Changes have been made to the form and the selection criteria for the 2026-2027 season. We invite you to read them carefully.

Are you a registered non-profit organizaion with the Canada Revenue Agency? 

A charity registration number issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) consists of 14 characters: a nine-digit number, followed by the letters RR, and a four-digit code (e.g., 123456789 RR 0001). It can be found on the organization's official documents, or by searching the List of Charities available on the CRA website.

Group preferences and composition

Each group must consist of exactly 20 adults aged 18 and older to ensure the sale of 50/50 tickets during the game. Although not mandatory, a group may be accompanied by a maximum of 10 youth aged 7 and older. Please note that minors are strictly prohibited from selling tickets on their own and therefore do not count toward the required 20 adult sellers.
