Laval Rocket 50/50 — Group Registration Form

The Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation is continually seeking volunteer groups to sell 50/50 raffle tickets during Laval Rocket games at Place Bell.

While the winner takes home half of the jackpot, the other half is reinvested in the community to provide disadvantaged youth with equal opportunities to be active. Thanks to your help, hundreds of additional children will be able to play and have fun by participating in our Bleu Blanc Bouge programs throughout the year.

If you want to make a difference in your community, please fill out the form below to submit your group’s application. As a token of our appreciation for your involvement, a portion of the funds raised through in-person sales at Place Bell will be donated to your organization. Please note that registered charities supporting youth (ages 0 to 17) will be given priority. 

Changes have been made to the application form and selection criteria for the 2026-27 season. We encourage you to review them carefully.

A registered charity number issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) consists of 14 characters: a nine-digit number, followed by the letters RR and a four-digit program identifier (e.g. 123456789 RR 0001). Group preferences and composition

Each group must consist of exactly 20 adults aged 18 and older to ensure the sale of 50/50 tickets during the game. Although not mandatory, a group may be accompanied by a maximum of 10 youth aged 7 and older. Please note that minors are strictly prohibited from selling tickets on their own and therefore do not count toward the required 20 adult sellers.

Children must be 7 years of age or older to be admitted and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. A maximum of 10 minors is allowed per group.
