Since its inception in August 2000, the Foundation has donated close to $17 million to 560 charitable endeavors from across the province of Quebec who helps underprivileged children. Each year, our donation committee reviews all applications received to select projects that meet the objectives of the Foundation mandate.

Confirmed receipt of your request
Before you submit your request, we recommend that you print a copy for your records.
When you are ready to submit your form, click on the Submit your request icon. An email confirming receipt of your request will be sent to you within 30 minutes. We will email you during the processing phase of your request to keep you up-to-date.

IMPORTANT
Even if you choose to print a copy, your request form MUST be submitted online via the Foundation's web site.
