The Foundation's Donation Program

The Montreal Canadiens Children's Foundation is currently reviewing the eligibility criteria for projects requiring financial support. Revised application forms for donations will be available soon.

Not-for-profit organizations requesting financial support from the Foundation for a particular project are invited to wait until the new form is available to submit their application. Unfortunately, any application submitted using the previous form will not be accepted.

Thank you for your understanding.
